Reader, I've been so busy having fun researching and learning about the game of football. I have always had a deep desire to learn not only the strategies of the game but also the history and business involved with my favorite pastime. Recently, I have taken a deep dive into my video vault that contains everything from clinic video, game cut-ups from over three decades coaching offense. When I looked at just my personal clinic videos of me teaching the system to my coaches and players I was astounded to find well over 400+ hours of content. When you are a always striving for innovation understand you will fail 90% of the time. However, I have learned that when you add something make sure to take something away or you'll be doing too much. My friend Tony DeMeo once told me that and it rings true to this day!
